Purchasers automatically become members of the Esk Hills Residents Society. This Society owns and manages the reserves, open spaces and community amenities.
Most of this common land is established or regenerating bush through which are threaded 7 kms of walking tracks. Already the regenerating bush is attracting more birdlife, and the tracks pass through spots that capture and enhance the ever changing vistas.
A strong and abiding emphasis is placed on ecology. A planting programme, already well underway, will see as many as 60,000 trees and shrubs planted. This will create a special natural environment.
